almost every client i work with tends to already have some understanding of their brain or finds their way to the incredible neurodivergent community. some folks know their brain works differently and need help figuring out ways to befriend their neurodivergence, especially when internalized ableism gets in the way.

whether you’re curious, been professionally diagnosed, or self-diagnosed, i’m very much looking forward to getting to know who exists behind the masks you’ve worn for years. this might take some time - i find my work as a relational therapist very well might allow us to build a trustworthy and safe (enough) container for you to be (or even find for the first time) your authentic self.

I also see my role for autistic and/or adhd people i work with as a resource advocate. if desired, I work with clients to holistically build community through referring to affirming evaluators, support groups, and sometimes my own process groups, depending on your goals.
